First and foremost is because you truly care about people. You have probably experienced a time of lack in your life and understand how hard it can be. Those who can, should. Plus, giving does a remarkable work in your soul. It gives you the sense that humanity is not as senseless and broken as some say, but in fact we can all show love to one another.
The need this year is beyond what I've seen before. With extremely high prices people are struggling.  Along with our growing wait list the Food Bank has already filled up and has 100+ people waiting. We have endeavored to fill this need.
