Leadership

        Tim grew up in Seattle, WA but did not regularly attend church. Eventually the pressure to "fit in" with his peers lead him down a pathway that almost took his life. Through pain and struggle Tim sought out God and dedicated his life to Christ in 1995. He soon left for bible college and graduated Rhema Bible College in 2000. Tim has been ministering over two decades and been ordained the last 10 years.
         Tim is an inspired speaker that is passionate about making the whole truth of God’s word known in a relevant, “I deal with that” way. He has been called to start churches throughout the region and reach his generation with the fire of God. Tim has been married to his beautiful wife Jenny for 24 years and the couple have 3 beautiful daughters and 1 son. Yes, 4 kids. Crazy..

Jenny is married to Pastor Tim and has passionately served alongside Tim since they started the church in 2010.  Jenny takes on any role necessary to see the church move forward in its mission to serve the unserved and disciple hungry believers.  Jenny and Tim have been married for almost 25 years and have four children. 

Wayne & Meryl are an awesome husband & wife team of amazing prayer and rich bible teaching. They have been married over 40 years and following Jesus for just as long. Wayne graduated from RHEMA Bible College in 1986 with a major in Pastoring while  Meryl graduated in 2001 with the same major.  Pastor Meryl leads our Altar Care team, praying and interceding for those needing a miracle from God. Wayne & Meryl are originally from Seattle and now live in Lake Havasu, they have 4 children and 13 grandchildren.

Heather is passionate about discipleship and spiritual transformation. Heather oversees disciple growth and spiritual transformation ministries for Inspire. Through God’s Word she encourages others to know and embrace His design for prospering in every area of their lives - free from the grip of sin, flourishing by the power of the Spirit - that all believers might truly be the Salt and Light of the world. Heather has been married to Joe for 50 years and they both serve on the Elder Leadership Council. They have two children, four grandchildren and one terrier, Lucy.

Tony is a kind and warm-hearted Pastor who truly embodies our mission. He show deep care and compassion for those who have lost there way and seems to be and endless fountain of mercy. Tony is a great speaker and leader. He currently leads worship and serves on the Elder Leadership Council. He and his wife Teresa have 2 children by birth and many others by adoption! They have always welcomed those who need help into their lives and home and have seen God restore through kindness. 

James leads our pre-teen and youth ministry on Sunday mornings.  He is passionate about serving Christ and is currently  working on his ministerial licensing. James and his wife Sarah have a heart for evangelism and love to serve. He and his wife Sarah have two children and volunteer together in our prayer ministry as well. 

Daryl is a great leader and loves serving the church. He is a role model for the "Helps Ministry". Involved in almost everything Daryl loves teaching and guiding men on their spiritual journey.  Daryl has four grown children and one grandchild. 

Randy and Roxanne are dedicated teachers at Inspire. Randy teaches new-believer classes and Roxanne leads our women's bible study. The both serve on the Elder Council and are instrumental in maturing believers in their walk with the Lord.
