1. As we mature we learn the difference between good & evil

2. Discerning of Spirits is when the Holy Spirit shows us the spirit

3. The Discerning of Spirits will always yield power and bring salvation

How does this help me:

Aware of the reality of spiritual influences around you in every day life

Knowing the God has a ministry and mission for you and he empowers you to complete the work

Know that you are powerless to help in some situations, but the all powerful God will be the source of power

* Cornelius was a generous God fearing man seeking salvation and caught His attention

* Paul and Silas were doing God's work of spreading salvation and freed the slave girl from demonic power
